You only need one Chexx Inc client account to send payments in any currency. However, if you wish, it is possible to maintain two or more accounts with balances in different currencies.
When your client account is opened, Chexx Inc will provide you with bank account details that you can use to transfer funds for credit to your client account. It is also possible to top up by check.
For most clients, the process takes only a few days. Once we’ve received a completed application and verified the information provided, the account can be set up in as little as 24 hours. Depending on the level of complexity, clients can begin issuing payments immediately or as many as 14 days.
Yes. We support API integration for automatic processing of both high volume and individual payments.
You may fund your account in whichever currency is most convenient to you. Chexx Inc. will convert the currency in your account into the specified currencies of your payments.
No matter where you are based, you can choose to send payments using a variety of currencies. Please refer to our currency guide for a complete list of available currencies.
Raven Online, your secure account portal, offers you the ability to search payments and see whether or not they have been completed. If you choose to use a Chexx Inc. web folder for submitting payment request files, a payment response file will be placed within your web folder when payments are complete.
